Return & Refund Policy
At Indian Imports, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and is free from damage.
14-Day Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days after delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Include all original accessories, packaging, and materials, when applicable
Be accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at returns@shopindianimports.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to damage or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The original shipping charge paid with the order is not refundable.
For approved replacement items, Indian Imports will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement to you.
Damaged Items
We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our facility. However, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and, if possible, the shipping packaging.
For approved damaged-in-transit claims, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. After receiving the returned item, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or has a defect that was not present when it was shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
The original shipping charge is not refundable.
Replacements
If you choose a replacement instead of a refund and the replacement item is available, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional shipping cost.
If the exact item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include a refund.
